Hanabira means flower petal — a small, singular piece of a much larger bloom. This bracelet gathers a soft mix of colors inspired by the gardens near Sachiko's workshop, where flowers of every shade grow side by side without competing for attention. Each bead was chosen individually, then arranged so the strand feels less like a pattern and more like a garden glimpsed in passing — a little pink here, a little gold there, unplanned and all the more beautiful for it. Sachiko has always preferred gardens that grow a little wild over those kept too neatly, saying nature's own arrangement is often the loveliest. After 30 years of quietly crafting jewelry in Kyoto, I've decided to retire.
For most of my life, I've quietly handcrafted jewelry in Kyoto, believing that the things we wear should carry meaning, not simply follow trends.
As I begin a new chapter in retirement, I'm releasing the last pieces from my workshop. Once these collections are gone, they will never be made again.
